Mark was very pleasant on the phone and then he arrived exactly when he said he would. Did the job with no fuss and even vacuumed up when done! A fabulous service at a very good price. All I can say is if you are looking through all of the adverts and don’t know which one to choose I can definitely recommend this one - you won’t be disappointed.

"Can’t recommend Mark at mr Baldy-locks enough, rings 15 minutes before arriving on time aswell, had my door opened and both barrels out in less than 10 minutes, was there a total of 20 minutes the first time (I wanted a 3 star lock so needed to order) he called in the morning the new lock came and arranged a new date to fit it and was only there 10 minutes. Not only is he quick at his job and gives outstanding quality and service he’s also a lovely bloke, very easy to talk to and very understanding we definitely be using him again when I do my back doors"

Mark telephoned within an hour following my email enquiry regarding a seized latch in our sliding patio doors. He was clear about what we could expect and the fee for him to free the doors, assess and hopefully repair the problem. An appointment was made and Mark arrived on time. He freed the doors but showed us that the lock was not fixable, so fitted a new one - he already had the part in his van. Once fixed, he cleaned the area and checked that we were happy with the work, giving us documentation and a 12 month guarantee. The process was smooth and straightforward, and his fees very fair for the work involved. I would not hesitate to recommend him - an honest, professional and friendly service.
